実習目標を達成するための実習に関わる事前オリエンテーション, 訪問看護ステーション実習, グループワーク, 個別ワークにより構成されている. これらが学生にとってより効果的なものとなるよう課題を捉え, 必要な改善点を見出すことを目的に学生への授業改善アンケートを実施した. その結果①事前オリエンテーションは, 学生の主体的な学習活動を促し実習の動機づけにつながっているが, 学生個々の学習に対する取り組み姿勢や意欲を踏まえた指導が必要である, ②訪問看護ステーション実習では, 多様な場面から実習目標に関わる事柄を学び満足感を得ているが, 1人配置の実習であるため不安感や緊張感は避けがたく, 折々に学生個々への指導助言が必要である, ③グループワークでは, 学生個々が見学した事象を広い視点から捉えるきっかけとして有意義である. メンバーが目的と主体性を持つことが大切である, ④個別ワークの事前学習は実習で体験することによって知識の定着と他の実習へ関連づけが期待できる. 事例の看護計画課題では,
