College","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_1_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本調査の目的は，喀痰吸引等研修修了者（以下，修了者）が介護現場で喀痰吸引・経管栄養（以下，喀痰吸引等）を行うに当たり直面している課題を把握するとともに，研修修了後のサポートの必要性やあり方を考えるための一資料を得ることである．\n　Ａ短期大学が実施した喀痰吸引等研修（以下，研修）の2012・13年度修了者138人を対象に，研修内容が介護現場で活かされているか，手技や知識などに不安はあるか，研修修了後のサポート体制は必要であるか，について自記式無記名により質問紙調査を行った．回答者は71人，回答率は51.4％であった．\n　その結果，研修内容は介護現場において修了者の８割で活かされていたが，気管カニューレの喀痰吸引や経鼻経管栄養は活かされておらず（p＜0.001），その理由は気管カニューレの喀痰吸引や経鼻経管栄養の利用者が介護現場にいないこと，介護現場においてこれらを行う職種の認識が看護職のままであることなどがあげられた．また，介護現場に喀痰吸引等が必要な利用者がいても，経管栄養は喀痰吸引に比して実施できていない（p＜0.05）現状にあった．\n　手技や知識に対する不安感については，経管栄養の知識において，介護現場で毎日経管栄養を実施していない修了者に「不安がある」と回答した者が多かった（p＜0.05）．\n　喀痰吸引等のサポートの必要性については，全体の7割が研修修了後のサポートを必要としていた．必要なサポート内容としては手技，事例検討，知識の順に多く，喀痰吸引等を介護現場で実施していない修了者は実施している修了者と比して，手技においてサポートを求める傾向にあった（p＜0.01）．しかしながら，経管栄養の知識において，介護現場で実施する頻度の少ない者が実施に対して不安があることを鑑みると，実施していない修了者に対しても，知識を補ったうえで手技の再確認をするといったサポートの必要性があると考えられた．\n　この意識調査により，研修内容の課題が明確となり，修了者に対する研修修了後のサポート体制の必要性およびそのあり方が示唆された．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_1_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"飯田女子短期大学"}]},"item_1_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN1023693X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_1_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0912-8573","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_1_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"矢澤,
