小中学校で長年養護教諭をしていた筆者は,そのような子どもたちの食の現状を目の当たりにし,子どもたちに良く噛んで食べる食習慣を身につけさせるため,平成13年度より長野県下で様々な咀嚼啓発活動に取り組んできた.本報告はその中でも,特に平成26・27・28年度の大学地域連携事業において,学校・家庭・地域と連携した咀嚼啓発活動を行った内容をまとめたものである.\n
