College","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_1_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は，厚生労働省が示した「看護師教育の技術項目の卒業時の到達度」を用いて，Ａ短期大学看護学科の学生の看護技術到達度の達成状況と，今後の課題を明らかにすることを目的とした．調査は，３年次の統合実習を終了した学生40名の技術項目に記載された主観的自己評価をデータとした．その結果，単独で実施できるという到達度Ⅰにおいて達成率80％以上は33項目中17項目，看護師・教員の指導のもとで実施できるという到達度Ⅱでは達成率80％以上は55項目中30項目であった．13の大項目では【環境整備技術】と【安楽確保の技術】において，90％以上の高い達成率を示したが，【呼吸・循環を整える技術】の達成率は59％，【安全管理の技術】の達成率は60％であった．技術項目の達成率と各論実習終了ごとに記載された主観的自己評価積算数は，強い正の相関を示した．現状の臨地実習では，多くの技術項目において高い達成率を得ることは限界がある状況と考えることができた．修得を必要とする技術項目の根拠を持った選択検討が必要であり，実習における学ぶ場面の明確化，および経験することと修得に至るまでの経過を踏まえた指導方法の構築が重要であると考えられた．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_1_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"飯田女子短期大学"}]},"item_1_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN1023693X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_1_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0912-8573","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_1_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"原,
