内容記述 Abstract:[purpose] Self-regulation (Carver & Scheier, 1981) is goaldirected and regulated by feedback control processes. The objectives of this study are development of a questionnaire to measure Self-regulation by nursing students when practicing the drawing of blood.[method] A pilot study was conducted through semi-structured interviews to make an inductive analysis of Self-regulation triggers : 14 items, reference values and current actions : 23 items, and influential support for learning : 18 items. A provisional questionnaire was developed based on the results of this study. A pre-survey was conducted using the provisional questionnaire and questions were chosen based on analysis to develop a questionnaire for the main survey. The questionnaire consisted of Question :sense of coherence (SOC) of the test battery. SPSS Ver. 19 was used for analysis.[Result and Discussion] The questionnaire was confirmed to be concurrently valid by multiple regression analysis with SOC. The survey was conducted from August to October, 2011 and 248 answers were obtained (response rate : 38.6%). Factor anaylsis showed that the Self-regulation trigger was related to 3 factors, including “internal pressure from empathy”; that reference values were related to 5 factors, including “having a confident self image of using the needle without hesitation”; that current actions were related to 5 factors, including “using the needle calmly without showing anxiety”; that the influence of tension was related to 3 factors, including “properly timed and worded advice”; and that the influence of anxiety was related to 3 factors, including “encouragement and advice” (factor loading : ≧0.30 ; Cronbach's coefficient alpha : ≧0.60). To increase Self-regulation, it is necessary that students themselves can set clear reference values and pay attention to and reduce the differences between these values and current actions.
